From 10 AM – 8 PM week-days, 9 AM – 6 PM Saturdays. - Confirmation and Reminders: Tony Shamas hair & laser sends a text + email reminder 3 days and 24 hours before your appointment asking to confirm your visit, we reserve the right to cancel an appointment that has not been confirmed within 24 hours prior your visit.
– Late Policy: since it would not be fair for other guests, we cannot guarantee our services if you arrive later than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. It’s easy, please call us to inform that you are running late and we will do our best to make the proper accommodations for your service.
- Lost & Stolen Items: Tony Shamas hair & laser is not responsible for lost, stolen or broken items within our facility.
OUR SERVICE GUARANTEE:
Your satisfaction is our number one priority and goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please notify the salon manager before leaving the salon or within 48 hours of your visit. We will provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for us to assess the service. Additional charges may be incurred if a guest has changed their mind according to their consultation.
We want to ensure that each guest is happy with their service but also want to guarantee the health of your hair. We reserve the right to refuse any service should a specific service not be a fit for that guest.
We strive to and always want to make sure that you have a great experience while you are with us. If we have not met your expectations, please give us a call or send us an email and feel free to share your experience with us in 48 hours from your visit. Any feedback received after that time won’t be eligible for a return to the salon for us to assess the service. As most providers in the service industry we have a policy of no refunds on any service. No exceptions. We want to do everything that we can to keep you returning and enjoying what we have to offer you, your friends and your family.
Hair Extrensions: please be advised that we DO NOT COLOUR hair extensions or do NOT perform any type of services if you have hair extensions in your hair (also clip on). Also, we do not install any type of hair extensions that have not been previously purchased at our facility.
Products return and refunds are limited to the following situations:
1. Services received cannot be refunded
2. Refunds will only be considered if presented within 14 days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if in its orginal packaging. If product is damaged a restocking fee will be charged. Refunds can only be processed with receipt.
3. No refunds are given for gift card orders.
4. Gift card orders are cannot be exchanged.
5. Pre-plaid packages (blow-dry club, laser hair removal, skin tightening packages…) cannot be refunded or exchanged for any other service/product.
6. Missed appointments with less than 24 hours notice, will be charged in full prior booking next appointment. Any missed appointment with less than 24 hours notice on packages (blow-dry club, laser hair removal, skin tightening packages…) service/services will be discounted from package.
We care about the health of our guests. We reserve the right to refuse any service and laser treatments if the service is not considered safe or a fit for that guest.

About the Role – Hair Stylist:
Consultative and approachable when recommending and advising on client’s services
Must have style and the ability to identify a client’s physical features and determine style from client’s instructions and preferences
Ideally have experience with L’Oreal products
Ability to analyse hair and scalp condition, and provide consultation on hair service/product
Perform shampoos and scalp and hair treatments
