The TECHNOLOGY behind it:

Naturally present in the skin, this molecule can retain up to 1,000 times its weight in moisture. When used on hair, this molecule hydrates the fiber and offers additional thickness, fullness and resilience.

Serves to help reshape the present fiber quality to offer a divine hair mass. This molecule penetrates the cuticule to compensate for surface irregularities and restore uniformity. Hair is left perfectly texturized.

This powerful repairing molecule serves to primarily strengthen the hair fiber. The strengthening properties of this molecule in turn reduce the breakage of fine hair fibers.

Avoid intensive use of hot tools like flat-irons; they can burn the tips of the hair, causing split ends and break the hair shaft.

If possible, avoid using blow-dryer at home without using any heat protectors, curling iron and the flat-iron. Try to reduce the amount of times you blow-dry the hair only on week days, using the right styling tools and products and ALWAYS use a high quality heat protector.

If you don’t like how your hair dries up naturally, try to apply some leave-in conditioner like “KILLER.CURLS by KEVIN MURPHY” if your hair is curly or “HAIR.RESORT” for a messy beach look that defines all hair types.

Get ammonia-free colour when in salon for colour services. At Tony Shamas hair & laser we only use ammonia-free colours from L’Oreal Professionnel.

Remember that ammonia dries up your hair and combined with styling tools (without the use of heat protectors like UN.TANGLED by Kevin Murphy or Ciment Thermique or Keratine Thermique by Kerastase) can severely damage your hair even more.

Brush your hair in the right way frequently is good for healthier hair, because distributes the scalp natural oils from the roots to the ends, making them stronger.

Brushing them in the wrong way can damaged them. Use a plastic comb with large teeth instead of a round or flat brush.

  • Avoid brushing your hair when wet, they are more fragile and incline to break;

  • Try to brush your hair once a day to expand natural oils and stimulate the scalp.

Use a thickening and densifying Masque, followed by a bodifying mousse before blow-dry the hair if you need to be presentable for work or an event.

Kerastase has created the perfect line for this, Densifique, the science behind this new routine’s formula are three key ingredients: Hyaluronic acid, gluco-peptide, and ceramides.

Hyaluronic acid, an ingredient naturally present in the skin which can retain up to a thousand times its weight in moisture, serves to address the concern of thinning hair fibers. One drop of Hyaluronic acid, contains the amount of hydration of 8 glasses of water. Yum, fresh!

Simultaneously, the gluco-peptide molecules serve to enhance the present quality of the fiber. Finally, the ceramides offer each hair strand a shot of strength to reduce breakage.

Masque Densite by Kerastase

The delicate texture of this mask enables an immediate hair transformation following its application. Its light-cream texture supplies smoothness and lightness to hair lacking thickness and offers fuller hair fibers from roots to ends.

Hot to Use: Apply to washed, towel-dried hair. Massage into the hair from roots to ends. Leave in 5 – 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Use at least once a week, or instead of your conditioner after every shampoo.

Mousse Densimorphose

This mousse instantly transforms the hair fibers. Thickness, from roots to ends, is like added on and yet the fiber maintains a supple feel. All in all, the hair is left feeling lighter and noticeably fuller.
How to Apply: Shake well before using. Apply an orange-size amount of mousse on washed, towel-dried hair. Use a comb to apply, moving down from the roots and ensuring that the product is applied thoroughly along the length of the hair. Proceed to styling. Do not rinse. The best mousse for thicker, fuller, denser hair.

Leave-in Thinning and Bodifying Treatments are important and can help your hair look and feel fuller.
