Winter is The Time: Start Laser Hair Removal
Winter is The Time: Start Laser Hair Removal
We already know you want to get rid of your body hair, there is no need to convince you on that.
But when it comes to WHEN to start your laser hair removal process, it is something you may be pondering.
Spending all past summer wondering how it would be like not to worry about unpleasant sensations and uncomfortable feelings, laying down on the beach sun bathing, instantly got you fantasizing about getting rid of your body hair.
All it comes down to the same question: When to start the process? in order to have your body ready for next summer, or your next brief city escapade or getaway.
We tell you when. NOW is the best time to start your laser hair removal process.
And not to mention, painlessly!
Here, we will explain you why, winter is the best time to get rid of your unwanted hair.
1) It’s Cold Baby!
Not many people are fans of cold. We can certainly bare it, here in Toronto because we are used to it, and of course we all prefer sunny warm days at the beach, staring at the sunset or having a cheerful and relaxing conversation sitting at a patio enjoying a nice cocktail. However, there are some good things about winter too.
Laser hair removal works best usually on lighter and untanned skin. When you are less exposed to the sun makes it perfect to start your treatments.
Lighter skin means you can treat your laser hair removal session at a higher settings, therefore better results thanks to higher settings.
2) We have more time to dedicate to ourselves.
With the arrival of the colder months, our social life and interest in discovering the surroundings or our cities has slowed down, and there is nothing nicer than starting to take a little bit more care of our own self. From exfoliating and reinvigorating facial masks, to cuddle with your loved one in front of the fire place, with a glass of red wine.
Now is the time to get rid of those unwanted hair that we hated so much during the summer months in prep for a more liveable and enjoyable warmer season of the year.
No more shaving and ingrown hair, only smoothness and more time for sun tanning session on our favourite beach next summer.
3) Budget, budget!
Our social scene in the winter becomes less prominent and there is also less going around town.
Festivals and concerts give space to movie nights and a glass of wine ,watching the snow falling outside our window, and quiet dinners with friends become our little warm escapades.
Fantasizing on that fabulous designer dress from the spring/summer collection we saw in the latest issue of our favourite magazine that we are saving for, would look amazing on our hairless body, wouldn’t it?
This is the best time to put funds towards your laser hair removal treatments, specially now that we have great packages available for it!
Our package deals are all designed for 6 visits – each package you will pay only for 5 sessions, getting a free one! That’s cheaper than waxing… and it’s painless!
Starting now, not only you will have no hair by summer, you will have more money over the warmer months to spend in other things and not have to worry about annoying waxing and shaving sessions, plus more time to enjoy the nice weather and your favourite activities!
4) Enjoy the moment!
There has always been that moment for all of us that we though: “Oh shoot, did I shave my legs this morning?” Thankfully to laser hair removal, you won’t have to worry about many of these freak-out / panic attacks moments.
The delay in regrow is tangible and when the hair comes back after 5 or 6 weeks (depending the area you are treating) it will be soft like baby hair, and you won’t have to worry about it.
Barely you will be feeling it. Leaving you all the time to enjoy your sexy moments.
5) The winter goes by fast! So act NOW!
Several guests ask us how long will it take to see results and how long does a laser session requires. Depending on the area you are treating, timing changes.
An underarm laser hair removal session will only take up to 15-20 minutes of your time, if you are considering instead full legs laser hair removal, we suggest to keep in consideration about 2 hours for each visit, 1 hour if you are doing a full back and around 20-30 minutes for a full bikini or buttocks area.
As everyone that got laser hair removal done before, you will see results starting from your very first session. You will see that the hair will take longer to grow (also this depends though on your hair growing cycle, hormones imbalance, stress and so on…)
It’s only one winter you have to worry about, because 6-8 sessions is a really good start to see great results.
Of course touch-ups will be needed – this is why we recommend to always buy an extra package of 6 sessions after you’re about to finish your fist.
This way you will be covered for any hair emergencies, and will save money on a package deal, versus paying for each session.
If you use 9 treatments and you are satisfied with the results, you will have 3 more for touch ups through the year or the following one: our packages never expire!
Also, starting your sessions in the winter, having more time for yourself, will keep you more consistent in coming at the scheduled times (about every 4-6 weeks) in order to get the best results for the removal of your unwanted hair.
Think about how cozy can lazy winter days and night be with no hair and smooth skin. Your body hair will fall out in between treatments and you won’t have to worry about waiting for a full regrowth for painful waxing.
You simply will only have to shave the night before your scheduled visit or the morning of, and leave the rest to us.
Also, if you are unable to shave prior your appointment, we offer shaving-session for you at a flat rate fee of only $25.00+tax/session.
